Email Assistant Configuration

Configure your Sensbot Email Assistant to connect your inbox and customize how it writes and replies to customer emails.

Configuration steps

  1. Connect your email account — Link Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP/SMTP to Sensbot.
  2. Auto reply configuration — Choose whether replies are saved as drafts or sent automatically, and how threads are processed.
  3. Custom instructions — Fine-tune how the assistant behaves and responds using natural language.
  4. Email processing filters — Skip processing for specific senders or subject lines.
  5. Writing style & email structure — Set tone, formality, and email format; use “Detect From Past Emails” to match your style.
Click Save Settings when you’re done with your changes.
